Candle Care

Our candles are made to be enjoyed slowly. Keep yours standing upright in a cool, dry space, protected from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its form and finish.

Because each piece is handcrafted, subtle changes in texture may occur when exposed to warmth or sun, especially in designs that feature gel wax details.

Before lighting, gently trim the wick to about ¼ inch. Let the wax melt evenly across the surface before turning it off, and enjoy it in moments of up to 3–4 hours.

Always burn on a heat-safe surface and keep away from drafts, fabrics, and curious paws.

Shipping

Each Ōcrea candle is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully to your space.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. Please note that during high-demand periods, shipping may take slightly longer.

Ōcrea is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of Ōcrea products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Ōcrea is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, natural wear, exposure to heat, or shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Custom Orders & Wholesale

We love collaborating with like-minded spaces and retailers. Wholesale inquiries are welcome for select Ōcrea pieces and are subject to availability and minimum order quantities.
